Energy and process technologies
Developing new processes and equipment for energy security and the supply of chemical products.
Our clients are addressing the challenge of generating energy and supplying valuable chemicals & minerals in a way that is sustainable, reliable, and minimises supply chain risks. We support them by providing innovative commercial hardware development and engineering for new processes and products. Our objective is to help clients bring new systems and hardware to market by improving performance, reducing costs, and achieving commercial scale. We minimise technical risks of new processes using a combination of FEL (front end loading) engineering and product development techniques.

System & hardware development for new energy & chemical processing technologies
Achieving resilience in the supply of energy and chemical feedstocks depends on developing cost-effective technologies that offer an acceptable balance of performance and risk for project developers. Many of these innovations also inherently lower the carbon intensity of production through greater renewable compatibility and reduced reliance on fossil fuels - thereby aligning with global sustainability goals. Our multidisciplinary team partners with clients to deliver the expertise needed to scale and commercialise these systems. Drawing on strengths in process and chemical engineering, system design, materials science, power electronics, and technical risk management, we provide pragmatic support to accelerate the deployment of new processes and hardware.
Breakthrough innovations in energy and chemical conversion systems often rely on repeating modules which may be factory manufactured in large quantities. We enable mass production through design for manufacture and assembly whilst delivering against the key success criteria of unit cost, conversion efficiency, and lifetime under real-world operating conditions.
Making use of our dedicated engineering facilities, we have the space on-site to take early stage concepts from laboratory-scale investigations through to FOAK and pilot-scale demonstrations, ready and de-risked for manufacturing and deployment. Our objective is to progress high performance systems and hardware from concept to commercial reality quickly.

TTP became an extension of the team and very quickly understood what we were trying to do, by asking us the right questions they helped us to get to the right outcome quickly. The research was detailed and added value beyond the knowledge we held in the team. They enabled us to move from lab scale to a scale that demonstrated the ammonia production using full process kinetics, all within a tight timescale.

How will the evolution of the clean tech market effect you?
The cleantech landscape is undergoing a major shift. Once seen primarily as environmental responsibility, cleantech now stands as a cornerstone of national security and economic resilience. Geopolitical tensions, energy market disruptions, and supply chain risks have driven this new framing.
Renewables, electrochemical processes, advanced nuclear, and synthetic fuels are increasingly viewed as strategic assets crucial for securing energy independence and reducing trade deficits. Investments are aligning accordingly, prioritizing projects offering clear security and economic advantages alongside environmental benefits.
This article explores how repositioning cleantech from purely environmental solutions to essential infrastructure is changing investment patterns and technology development. It highlights technologies set to benefit most from this strategic shift.

INNOVX partners with TTP to develop sustainable technologies in Morocco
This initiative will support OCP’s ambitious Green Ammonia program, targeting the annual production of 3 million tons of green ammonia mainly dedicated to the production of sustainable plant nutrition solutions by 2032. This new venture will also provide technology development and scale-up to client companies for accelerating the Green Energy transition.
“This partnership goes beyond collaboration. It demonstrates our commitment towards pioneering sustainable energy solutions for the future. With TTP’s technological capabilities by our side, we are building strong foundations for a sustainable industry.”
