Our hiring process - in 3 stages
An initial phone or video call
This first meeting will be an informal conversation to get to know more about yourself, understand your experience and answer questions about the role.
An on-site technical interview
This stage is an on-site technical interview with some of our consultants. For certain roles, we may test your skills and/or ask you to prepare a presentation in advance.
A final interview
We then have a final interview stage before making a decision. We aim to get back to you within a few days of each step.

Frequently asked questions
For consultant roles, our interview process typically consists of:
- A video screening call with a TTP consultant
- An informal video call with a Talent Acquisition Partner to discuss TTP's culture and your expectations
- A skills-based interview aligned with the requirements of the role
- A final interview with business leaders
Our interviews are designed to identify specific capabilities for each role along and a strong cultural fit. You’ll usually meet one or two interviewers at a time, and for certain roles, we may test your skills and/or ask you to prepare a presentation in advance.
For consultant roles, the interviewers will assess your commercial aptitude, technical understanding, curiosity and insight, communication skills, and project leadership potential.
