Our hiring process - in 3 stages

An initial phone or video call

This first meeting will be an informal conversation to get to know more about yourself, understand your experience and answer questions about the role.

An on-site technical interview

This stage is an on-site technical interview with some of our consultants. For certain roles, we may test your skills and/or ask you to prepare a presentation in advance.

A final interview

We then have a final interview stage before making a decision. We aim to get back to you within a few days of each step.

What is TTP’s usual interview process for experienced hires?

For consultant roles, our interview process typically consists of:

- A video screening call with a TTP consultant

- An informal video call with a Talent Acquisition Partner to discuss TTP's culture and your expectations

- A skills-based interview aligned with the requirements of the role

- A final interview with business leaders

How should I prepare for my interview at TTP?

Our interviews are designed to identify specific capabilities for each role along and a strong cultural fit. You’ll usually meet one or two interviewers at a time, and for certain roles, we may test your skills and/or ask you to prepare a presentation in advance.

For consultant roles, the interviewers will assess your commercial aptitude, technical understanding, curiosity and insight, communication skills, and project leadership potential.

Yes, TTP performs the Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks as part of our hiring process.

Does TTP support remote work or flexible working hours?

We primarily work on-site at our award-winning campus, where in-person collaboration helps drive our high-performance culture. We also recognise the need for flexibility. If you require occasional remote work or adhoc adjusted hours that won’t disrupt teamwork or client needs, just keep your calendar up to date and notify your team.

For more regular flexible working arrangements, employees can submit a formal request for consideration.
